Is this AI therapy?

No. It's support between sessions, not a replacement for therapy. The AI helps clients practice what you've taught, never changes your treatment plan, and the platform makes no clinical decisions.

Will it replace me?

No. It works from your notes and your approach, flags anything new to you, and every conversation is on your dashboard. It extends your care; it doesn't stand in for it.

Am I on call around the clock?

No. If a client says something concerning, they're directed to 988, 911 or another crisis resource first, and you get an alert.

Is client information private?

Yes. Continuva meets HIPAA requirements. Client health information is encrypted, visible only to you and your designated supervisor, and never used to train AI.

Does it work with my approach?

Yes. The AI works from your notes, so it follows whatever approach you use, whether that's CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS or your own integrative style.

Can clients talk to it out loud?

Yes. In any check-in, clients can type or have a voice conversation with the AI, in the voice and language you set for that client. Both sides of the conversation are transcribed automatically, so you can read everything that was said.

What do my clients pay?

You decide. Offer it free as part of your care, or charge what you choose for each check-in. Clients pay through Continuva, and you keep 75%, before card processing fees.
