Continuva Provider Alerts is a text message (SMS) program from Continuvahealth LLC for licensed providers and their authorized staff who use the Continuva platform. When you provide your mobile phone number and check the consent box in your account settings, you agree to receive automated text messages from Continuvahealth LLC with clinical safety alerts about your clients.
Consent to receive text messages is optional. It is not a condition of creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Continuva platform. These SMS Terms are separate from the Continuva Terms of Use. You can use the platform without agreeing to these SMS Terms.
Message frequency varies based on your clients' safety alerts. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message, or remove your phone number in your account settings. After you reply STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, provide your phone number and consent again in your account settings.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
